Shipping Information:
Any order that is over $100 and shipping to the lower 48 states will qualify for free shipping. Standard orders ship within 2-3 business days, and express/air orders are processed within 1 business day.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
You have 20 days to return your merchandise. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and to fill out our return form and include it in the box. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and insurance, unless USFreeride is in error. We strongly encourage you to obtain a tracking number on returns.

*A warranty is a product failure caused by a manufacturer’s defect. *A warranty is not abuse or neglect to the product.
It should be noted that return shipping on warranty claims is the responsibility of the buyer. The manufacturer or USFreeride will cover shipping charges on all items replaced or repaired under warranty.
